This film was, without question, the most demanding and transformative project I’ve ever taken on. “OKBOA!” pushed me past every creative and emotional limit I thought I had. I didn’t originally plan to write, produce, direct, act, and score the entire project — it just evolved that way. Each step deeper into the process pulled me closer to the story, until I realized I wasn’t just creating a film — I was living inside it. As the project grew, so did my understanding of what it really means to build a world from the ground up.

Looking back, “OKBOA!” wasn’t just a film — it was a test of resilience, faith, and self-belief. I’m not sure I’d ever take on directing and acting simultaneously again, but the experience changed me. It taught me to trust my vision even when it feels impossible, to see beauty in imperfection, and to understand that every artist must, at some point, become their own subject. Because at the end of the day, no one can tell your story better than you.
